Beekay Holdings & Subsidiaries (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information submitted through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the information you choose to give us:
- your name, phone number and (optionally) email address;
- the service you need, your property type and your suburb or area;
- your description of the request, your preferred contact method and, if you choose, a photo;
- how you found us: the page you first landed on, the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or click identifiers from Google or Facebook ads).
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the information contained in that communication.
How we use it
- to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site assessment and prepare a quotation;
- to deliver and administer the services you ask us to provide;
- to understand which of our marketing channels bring in enquiries.
We do not sell your personal information. We will not send you direct marketing unless you have agreed to receive it, and you can opt out at any time.
Where your information is stored
This website is hosted by Netlify. Enquiry form submissions, including any photo you upload, are stored by Netlify’s form-handling service and sent to us by email notification. Netlify may process this information on servers outside South Africa; we use it as a service provider subject to its own data-protection commitments. We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use optional analytics and advertising tools – Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel – to understand how visitors use the website and to measure our advertising. These tools set cookies and share information about your visit with Google and Meta. They are only loaded if you choose “Accept optional cookies”. If you reject them, or make no choice, they are not loaded.
We also store two small items in your browser that are not shared with anyone: your cookie choice, and (for the duration of your visit) how you arrived at the site, which is attached to an enquiry only if you submit one.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal information about you and give you access to it;
- correct or delete information that is inaccurate, out of date or no longer needed;
- stop processing your information for direct marketing, or object to other processing.

Security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
